The activation free is one time processing fee to enable your free web and email hosting. There'll be no recurring hosting fee to be paid forever. The activation fee also acts as a mechanism to prevent abuse order.
We only accept online payment through our payment gateway.
The fee collected is to enable your free web and email hosting, domain and 3rd party add-ons. The fee is not refundable. You may check out our Term of Service.
There's no lock-in period. You'll always have the flexibility to move out anytime you wish.
You may submit service request to proceed with termination.
Accounts will be set up immediately after payment. You should receive a welcome email with information on getting started within a few minutes after payment is sucessful.
i - You'll need to ensure you've unlocked your domain (For gTLDS domain), and get your EPP code from your current provider as need to supply your domain EPP/Authcode during your checkout. Kindly check list of our supported domain here.
ii - For .my (Malaysian Country Code) domain, you'll need to ensure you transferred the invoicing party to our domain invoicing party with reseller code of R032, and changed the nameserver following.
Primary : ns1.onnetnic.com
Secondary : ns2.onnetnic.com
The .my extension is restricted to Malaysian and Malaysian business entity only, you'll need to prepare either your IC (for .my domain) or SSM registration (for .com.my/.net.my/.my) as supporting document.
